Addresses

This service is available at chroma.ch (with usk.chroma.ch, comic.chroma.ch and manga.chroma.ch), transarte.org (with usk.transarte.org), kinderdorf.ch and zeitreise.kinderdorf.ch; users' journals are hosted at 1me.eu. All addresses lead to the same app and the same responsible entity.

Operation and Data Storage

All uploaded images, artworks, journals and personal details are stored on servers in Switzerland. The AI provider, currently Anthropic PBC (USA), receives photos and questions, short summaries of earlier sessions (the coach's memory), the texts of "Shape it with us" hints (for assessment), photos for the automatic recognition of medium and level, and app texts for translations (without personal data); these are subject to the laws applicable there and, according to the provider, are not used to train AI models. Payments are processed by Stripe. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy.

The museum images on the portals and in the courses come from the Open Access programme of the Metropolitan Museum of Art (CC0). The children's drawings in the course galleries and on kinderdorf.ch come from the course instructor's painting classes and are shown with consent. Users' works appear only if they release them themselves.

Liability

The course content and the painting coach's suggestions are learning aids provided without warranty. We accept no liability for information on materials, prices and meet-ups originating from third-party sources.
